I never know what to say about my own patterns. I'm always so excited and so enamored of them that I want to shout out all the things I love about them.
At the same time, I’m not real comfortable tooting my own horn and selling anything really goes against my nature.
Who says you have to like the same things I do. Not me. For example I doubt you’re all going to start putting potato chips on your turkey sandwiches just because I love it, or giving up your DPNs because I think Magic Loop is better. Fine with me.
But that’s the great thing about blogging and the internet in general, you don’t have to like it all. Ideas, information, and patterns abound. Find what you like.
Of course I hope that you do love my new sock. I do.
I’m really proud of all the details in this sock and oddly enough the versatility. The ladybugs are stitched on with a tapestry needle after completing the sock and can be placed anywhere you choose. Have them marching down the sides of your sock, skipping around randomly, completely covering it, or don’t stitch them on at all. It’s up to you.
Don’t like ladybugs? Make the sock in blue and call them scarabs or try orange for pumpkins. Or like I said, leave off the stitching, and just enjoy the dots. Again it’s all up to you.

The socks are adorable! Magic loop rules over DPN's! And I'm sorry dear friend, but potato chips are best in a TUNA sandwich :-)

I'm so glad I got to see the ladybug socks in person. What an adorable pattern!
And yes, potato chips in sandwiches and magic loop for me too. :)

Very cute!! I have to say though that I like potato chips on all kinds of sandwiches, and magic loop is what I do, not dpns! I am going to have to put this in my queue and buy later.
